Please carefully read and accept the following Policies for all permanent makeup services before booking your appointment.
I aim to always provide you with quality service and attention to detail for every session. Despite all the efforts, there are certain facts that are beyond my control: the healing process and healed results of your cosmetic tattoo.
There will be no guarantee made to you for the healed results of your cosmetic tattoo, as each client will heal differently and many factors will influence the healing process that may give you less than desirable results.
For most clients, Follow-Up session is required to obtain optimal results; and for some, additional session(s) may be recommended. The use of cosmetic products may still be needed to achieve your desired looks.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
I reserve the right to refuse service to clients that have/appear to have conditions that are unsafe/unhealthful for cosmetic tattoo. These conditions include but not limited to the list on Am I a Candidate? page.
If you book an appointment while disregarding these conditions, this may result in your appointment being cancelled and forfeiting your deposit.
A non-refundable deposit is required to book and secure all new appointments. Due to the exclusiveness of the service and limited availability, the deposit will ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment.
The deposit is due upon completing your booking via online booking system and deducted from the total price. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable.
At least 48 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule, via email to email@example.com. Your non-refundable deposit will be transferred and applied to the new appointment for one time only.
If you choose to reschedule the same appointment again for the second time, you will then forfeit the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required. If you fail to give a 48 hours notice, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.
Before booking, please make sure that you are serious about your appointment. After booking, if you decide to not show up for your appointment, or cancel your appointment for any reason, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.
On the day of your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible if you are going to be late. Being more than 30 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
Please note: Although unexpected incidents can happen, cancellation of your appointment due to lateness may be necessary still. Otherwise, you will have less needed time for your session/appointment.
Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice and non-negotiable. Current pricing can not be guaranteed for future appointments.
Debit, credit cards, and contactless payment (e.g., Apple Pay) will only be accepted for payment for all services.
On the day of your appointment, please try to come alone without any company. For safety reasons, no one other than the client is allowed near the working area. The studio is relatively small, and can comfortably accommodate two people (artist and client), three at the maximum. There are some seats available in-front of the studio for extra guests.
In the event of snow and severe weather conditions, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for safety reasons.
